For the second year in a row, we are planning on a full scale auction. We are hosting an adult only event with both silent and live auctions, appetizers, games and more. All proceeds will go towards purchasing school supplies, upgrading and maintaining classroom technology, cultural enrichment, field trips and our capital fundraising project "Light it Up!"
This is the 70th anniversary of Candalaria. The theme this year is Platinum

Corporate sponsorship available from $250 to $1,000. All sponsors receive recognition and promotion at the event. Select the buy sponsorship button below and on the next screen you can choose your sponsorship level.
We're looking to add amazing auction items for our event. If you'd like to donate items or even help make some of the silent auction baskets please let us know. Volunteer Opportunity! Would you like to help make the magic happen? We are in need of a few volunteers to help out with various tasks during the auction. Purchase your auction tickets below. Advance ticket sales help us plan for the event. Once we get a time and location narrowed down we will update this site so you can purchase your tickets in advance.
If you wish to sponsor a teacher or staff person, please purchase tickets and then forward email receipt to [email protected] indicating you wish to sponsor staff. Trouble finding someone to watch the children while attending the auction? Last year we were able to get our Champions team to help watch kids during the auction. You can drop off your kids before the auction at Candalaria and pick them up at 9pm. Pizza will be provided as well. We hope to have that happen again. |
