The PTA uses email to communicate with parents about a host of Candalaria events, issues and news. We recently changed the platform we use to send those emails, and while the new system is an improvement in many ways, we have discovered it may increase the likelihood of PTA email being directed to spam, junk or non-inbox folders.
To avoid our email being sent to your junk or spam folder, please add "email@example.com" to your email contacts. If you find an email in the junk folder, marking as "not junk" will also help redirect future email. You may also need to check your spam filter to verify that our address is not on the "blocked" list.
Additionally, if you use gmail, your PTA email blasts may be re-routed to your "promotions" folder. To resolve this issue, navigate to your promotions folder and drag the email to your inbox. This will prompt gmail to ask if you would like future emails from the PTA to be sent to your inbox.
