Coaches use the 20 lessons to mentor girls to be more joyful, healthy, and self-confident. Coaches need not be runners; they just need to be individuals who want to be a positive influence and who are committed to developing and celebrating our youth. Teams meet two times a week for 90 minutes for ten weeks (not including no-school days). Practice Partners may also sign up for once a week team support. Come join us and end the season with a super motivating and exciting 5K Celebration. At the elementary level, Girls on the Run serves girls in grades three through five.
